The Mableton Farmers Market will be back for its fourth season, thanks in large part to the Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) Lifelong Mableton initiative. The Market will open May 23 at the Mable House Complex and will operate every Thursday, 8:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. through September 26. Look for a variety of locally-grown fresh fruits and vegetables and other healthy food options.
The ARC has issued a Request for Proposals for a manager to help in operation, management and marketing. Click here for all the details. ARC must have proposals by noon March 6. Contract award is expected to be made mid-March with a start date of April 1.
