A runoff will decide an open Cobb Superior Court seat as Smyrna’s Ann Harris polled more votes than Judge Juanita Steadman.

In U.S. House races, Rep. David Scott won the 13th District and Rep. Tom Price was unopposed in District 6

In an upset, Michael Rhett defeated Sen. Steve Thompson, the longest serving member of the Senate 51-48 in District 33.
